Mariko Mitsui’s passions outside of work include being an avid fútbol fan. She has traveled around the world for her two son’s soccer tournaments and can always be found cheering on her favorite teams in Seattle, Portland, Spain and Japan.
Mariko Marie Osterberg

Raised in the greater Seattle area, Mariko Osterberg has always had a passion for helping others, whether it was through volunteering her time with kids or with animals. Growing up she loved going property searching with her family, and worked with them on various home construction and investment projects, gaining an abundance of home maintenance knowledge.
After majoring in Visual Journalism from Western Washington University, Mariko relocated to Japan for a few years to improve her Japanese language skills and returned to Seattle to start her profession in real estate
Mariko takes pride in offering high-caliber full-service residential real estate expertise and is well known to all her friends and clients for her down-to-earth personality. She is also a hard worker who brings a wealth of knowledge in social media marketing and technology to the team. She is always focused on being a go-to resource and delivering the best possible results to all of her clients before, during and after a transaction.
Tomoka Herod
Transaction Coordinator + Executive Assistant
While the rest of our team is providing you the best full customer service, showing you homes, and discussing tips and strategies, you’ll find Tomoka working vigorously behind the scenes. She works hard everyday coordinating vendors to get your home ready for sale. Once your offer has been accepted or your home gets into contract, the transaction is far from over. From here, Tomoka will also assist in communicating with you to monitor inspections, appraisals, title, and update you with the loan and escrow processes, to ensure a smooth process all the way to closing.
Tomoka grew up in Japan and has one beautiful daughter. In her free time, she loves to hike, travel, and eat delicious food.
